At Kings Centre of Learning, we provide fully funded 1:1,  small groups education and skills support for young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, SEMH, or complex needs — online or on-site.

All courses are delivered by  trained, CQC-compliant Learning & Enrichment Specialists, . This ensures our Learning and Enrichment Specialists  operates to care sector safeguarding, compliance and quality standards. 

Education That Supports the Whole Learner — Not Just the Qualification


For many young people aged 16–25 — especially those with EHCPs, NEET backgrounds, SEMH needs, or living in supported housing — traditional college or training simply doesn’t work.

KCL’s Therapist-Informed Functional Skills Programme is built for learners others struggle to reach.
We combine accredited English, Maths, and Digital Skills qualifications with emotional regulation, confidence-building, and 1:1 mentoring — all within a fully managed, trauma-aware framework.

The result? 100% of our learners achieve Functional Skills qualifications, with many progressing to college, apprenticeships, or work within weeks.

Programme Structure (12 Weeks);
Week 1: Digital induction, wellbeing check, diagnostic assessments, and ILP creation
Weeks 2–10: Weekly live tutor-led group sessions, therapeutic reflection workbook, and individual mentoring
Week 11: Mock exams + tailored support
Week 12: Final prep, progression planning, and handover to referrer

Pathway to Work: CV & Interview Skills 

A 6-week 1:1 or small groups coaching programme supporting adults with support needs to:
