Whether you’re supporting adults with autism, learning differences, or mental health challenges, our therapeutic enrichment courses help build confidence, skills, and self-worth in a peer-supported environment.

🔍 Who It's For:

These courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over who may be:

Living in supported accommodation
Neurodivergent (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning disabilities)
Recovering from mental health conditions (e.g. PTSD, schizophrenia, depression)
Care-experienced, long-term NEET, or disengaged from traditional education
Transitioning into independence

📘 STEP UP – Digital & Core Skills

Build life-readiness through essential English, maths and digital literacy.

✅ Functional skills (NCFE-accredited)

✅ Real-world digital tasks (email, online forms, job search)

✅ 1:1 tutor or small group model

✅ Certificate in Occupational Studies

✅ Entry into employment in Land Based Studies , Hair and Beauty, Design and Technology, Sports and Construction

💃 STEP FORWARD – Dance & Movement for Confidence

Latin-inspired group sessions to support mental health and connection.

✅ Boosts mood, expression, and teamwork

✅ Inclusive for wheelchair users and neurodivergent adults

✅ Journaling and reflective tools included

🧘 BALANCE – Martial Arts-Informed Therapeutic Programme

A trauma-informed programme using rhythm, breathwork and body awareness.

✅ Supports voice-hearing, anxiety, PTSD and self-regulation

✅ Safe, non-contact group sessions

✅ Small group setting (3–6 adults max)
